Its Dubai branch operates under the supervision of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), while the Paris branch is regulated by the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR). In Hong Kong, the branch located in the Central District of Hong Kong Island is regulated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). The Access Bank Malta Limited, the Bank’s first fully owned subsidiary, is located in Sliema and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).
